7-01-05                     10:00pm  Deputy Dominick arrested an Amber Consiglio 19 of Boone for driving while license suspended was cited and released.

7-03-05                     1:59am  Deputy Pontius made a traffic stop after there was fight call that occurred at Spilz in Boone, Vehicle fitting description was stopped and driver Ryan Keasey 22 of Hamburg Iowa was arrested For O.W.I. 1^ST Offense.

7-04-05                     12:20am  Deputy Pontius investigated a two vehicle accident on South Marshall in Boone. Ashley DeLance 18 of Boone was south bound marshall and attempting to make a left turn into the path of north bound vehicle operated by Richard Tasler 28 of Boone. No injuries were reported, damages were est at $3,500.00 to DeLance’s 1996 Chevy and $3,500.00 to a Boone City Police Car operated by Officer Tasler. DeLance was cited for unsafe turning.

7-04-06                     5:48pm  Deputy Elsberry began an investigation of a saddle stolen from a Jessica Hill of Rural Stratford in Rural Boone County. Saddle valued at approximately $600.00 was taken in the past two weeks.

7-05-05                     6:45am  Deputy Hurley responded to a complaint that a truck with KSP on the side of it had driven through a railroad crossing arm at 205^th and R Ave.  There was a partial plate obtained by the complainant, investigation continuing. Driver and truck located and driver explained that arms were up when entered the crossing, railroad will not pursue charges.

7-05-05                     7:24am  Deputy Hurley assisted a stalled truck who had ran out of Diesel at 210^th and Highway 17.

7-06-05                     7:03am  Sgt Hurley responded to an alarm sounding at Agri Com in the 1300 block of G Ave, Boone, was a false alarm.

7-06-05                     7:23am  Sgt Hurley investigated a complaint of an individual slumped over the drivers wheel of his vehicle in the 1700 block of 180^th, Boone. Driver Christopher Eaves 25 of Boone was arrested for O.W.I. 2^nd Offense.

7-08-05                     12:50am  Deputy Dominick took a report from a Jamie A. Gilbert of Boone who reported that ha had a stereo taken from his vehicle while parked at work, at Structural Components, Boone. Value est at $1,100.00..
